There are three types of accommodation on campus:
Apartment Style - Bricker Residence is an air-conditioned building that contains suites with four single bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and dining area. The building and suites are accessible. On the main floor there is a large lounge and a tv room.
Dormitory Style - Waterloo College Hall and the King Street Residence are newer air-conditioned residences just steps away from campus. These residences each accommodate over 300 guests in single rooms with semi-private washroom facilities. Each floor has a common lounge with two kitchenettes, and the ground floor has a comfortable lounge for guests to gather.
Traditional Dormitory Style - Laurier has a number of traditional dorms on campus that provide economical, yet comfortable accommodation. Most bedrooms contain two single beds, a desk and chair. Each floor has a common lounge with a kitchenette and shared washroom facilities. The choices for dormitory residences are:

All residence buildings have coin-operated laundry facilities, pay phones, and a variety of small and large lounges for registration, meetings or social gatherings. Residences are in close proximity to the dining hall and academic buildings.
