Complimentary parking for conference guests is available in white lots 3A, 9, 31, 32, 34 (garage) and 50. Weekend parking is available in all lots, except meters and Pay and Display lots 4, 10 and 20. Failure to park in designated lots may result in a ticket and/or tow.

Directions to Wilfrid Laurier University

  • From London or Toronto, follow highway 401 to exit 278, highway 8 West. (From Niagara Falls, follow the Queen Elizabeth Way in the "Toronto" direction to highway 403 West; follow 403 West to 6 North to 401 West to exit 278) 
  • Follow 8 West to 7 East (also known as the Conestoga Parkway)
  • Continue on 7 East as it becomes 85 North (formerly known as 86) 
  • Exit at University Avenue West (which is the second University Avenue exit) and drive until King Street.   The Athletic Complex is located at the corner of King Street and University Avenue.  
  • For information upon arrival, visit the Information Kiosk on Midcampus Drive.
  • The Hotel Laurier office for check-in for all buildings is located in the King Street Residence at 200 King Street N.
  • The Laurier Conference Services office is located in Bricker Residence at 44 Bricker Avenue.
