During the summer months full-time Laurier and UW students have the option of staying in the 325 Spruce Street Residence. This apartment style residence is air-conditioned and contains 4 and 5 bedroom units with 2 washrooms, a kitchen with a fridge and a stove, and a living room/dining room.

The rate per person is $75/week (minimum 4 weeks).
For additional nights that do not add up to one week (up to 4 nights) the rate is $20/night.
(13% HST will be added to stays less than 30 nights.)
